Ham & Cheese roll up!

Easy, quick and a bit yummy!

1. Take an 8" tortilla shell.
2. Take 3 or so slices of your favorite lunch meat.
3. Take a piece of string cheese and slice it in half the long way.
4. Take the lunch meat and overlap them, top to bottom along the center line.
5. Place the cheese on the center line, (overlap or munch a little if necessary).
6. Squirt some mustard along the center line.
7. Roll up and skewer with a toothpick.
8. Nuke for 30-40 seconds. (haven't figured out the correct time yet without drying out the edges of the tortilla shell...)
9. Eat!

Try this ham and cheese roll-up...

1. Prepare croissant rolls by separating and laying them open... do not roll up at this point
2. Cut lunch meat of your choice in half, triangular if possible (unless baloney)
2. Cut cheese of your choice in half, triangular if possible (unless provolone)
3. Lay the meat and cheese atop the croissant
4. Roll up croissant as normal; do not bend the sides as it won't keep shape
5. Cook as normal

Just an idea, try laying a damp paper towel over the wrap. The extra moisture might keep the edges from drying out.
