I've been looking for a decent way to wave farewell to Ernest Borgnine, letting him leave out humble portal page. This evening I suddenly remembered that I missed the opening date of this year's Blender Open Movie Project Mango. Also called 'Tears of Steel'. I didn't read enough about this one to be able to tell you what percent was Blender, GIMP, ETC, but I know it's all open source. Just got done watching it, and WOW! If I remember correctly, this is the first time the Open Movie project used live actors, and the way they mixed the CG was close to flawless! That's just my opinion. If you have an extra 12 minutes and 15 seconds, give it a watch. It even looks great on full screen! :clap:
...sigh... and now I see Ernest is still on our portal. Well, another piece of news or two and he will finally be home.

Bot, do I feel stupid... that's how much time into the movie it was. So yes, they really do only have about ten minutes.
