Do you ned to figure out card costs, but can't find anything on the internet, or just don't have the time to develop a system? Then look no further... I made this up a few months back, and is easily adjustable to fit your particular needs.
Ignore any typos you may find... this was originally on a spreadsheet, and I just cut/paste it to here (graphs don't copy well onto a text only format)

THE SOOTHSAYER’S GUIDE TO CARD COST…

CREATURES

For general cards, follow this chart
0 / 0Cost 0
0 / 1Cost 1
1 / 1Cost 1
1 / 2Cost 2
2 / 2Cost 3
2 / 3Cost 3
3 / 3Cost 4
3 / 4Cost 4
4 / 4Cost 5
4 / 5Cost 5
5 / 5Cost 6
5 / 6Cost 6
6 / 6Cost 7
6 / 7Cost 7
7 / 7Cost 8
7 / 8Cost 8
8 / 8Cost 9
8 / 9Cost 9
9 / 9Cost 10

If a card requires an additional cost, reduce cost accordingly
Deduct one life point when this card comes into playReduce card cost by one point
Deduct [ ] life points when this card comes into playReduce card cost by half of life point reduction, rounded up (2 life = -1 cost, 3 life = -2 cost, etcetera)
Spend [ ] points for each turn this card is in playReduce card cost by half of additional point cost, rounded up (2 points = -1 cost, 3 points = -2 cost, etcetera)
Sacrifice [ ] cards when this card comes into playReduce card cost by number of cards sacrificed (1 card = -1 cost, 2 cards = -2 cost, etcetera)

Adjust card cost by one point for each non-numbered ability
Flying, regenerate, defend, etcetera+1 Cost (each)
Comes in tapped, does not untap next turn-1 cost (each)

If an ability contains a number, increase cost accordingly
Flying (1)+1 Cost for flying, +0 for (1)
Flying (2)+1 Cost for flying,+1 for (2)
Flying (3)+1 Cost for flying,+2 for (3)
Flying (4)+1 Cost for flying, +2 for (4)
Flying (5)+1 Cost for flying, +3 for (5)

Additional cost equals half of ( ), rounded up

If a card requires more than one type of cost color, reduce initial cost accordingly
Only one color type0 point reduction
Requires two color types1 point reduction
Requires three color types2 point reduction
Requires four color types3 point reduction
Requires five color types4 point reduction

Using these charts…
2 / 3 creature with Cost 3
Regeneration+1
And flying (level 3)+3
Requiring two color types-1
Does not untap next turn-1

Actual card cost equals5

I can vouch for the ease of customization for this card cost calculation system. I used it, sortof, a few months back, making a few changes here and there. Excellent base point to start from!

And Sooth, not sure how well it would work for the forum layout, but instead of copy/pasting from a spreadsheet to text, you could always try using a table. It's the chart looking button in between embedding code and hosting an image. Don't have a lot of experience there, but the save draft function was recently turned on here, so you could make it an ongoing "downtime" hobby. Just a thought.
