| So... who do I give a reputation point to for discovering this? I also think that that person should describe the site (for those who don't know). Maybe by making a presentation using Pixton!
Oh, and I would say that I would not need to empty any milk jugs, due to the fact that I float. If I didn't, by using the simple formula arrrrthimitic, I would need roughly 36 empty milk gallons.

| I believe I found it, but I share credit with Vades cuz I really didn't get too far with it until he pops up with his "second comic posted to the forum" and I was all "How the hell...?!" But I believe what you managed to do artistically with the silhouettes, gradients, use of colored props...I think you kinda stole the show. For now....
And yes, you float, but if 90% of the world's landmass gets covered in agua, how LONG can you float until you get bored with it and say "Waters, take me!"??? The purpose of this (hopefully) ongoing series will be describing CHEAP ways to stay floating for a long damn time! You might remember this really old idea, but through pixton I have an "easy" outlet! YAY Pixton!!!
And yes, maybe I should describe it...or just link to the intro video that made us all say "HUH?! Really?! It can't be THAT simple...where's the register button?"

| I got disgruntled with pixton on my last strip. I realize they want to make money, but to let people make free comics, but not be able to at least have preset superhero physiques...well that's just rude. In a moment of disgruntitude, I went to google. I will link some sites after I link a screenshot. The purpose for the links? Before we go off half-cocked with a loaded god complex and make all kinds of posts/links about what Pixton is, we should check the competitors! I checked out Bitstrips, and I'm rather impressed, but went with a screenshot cuz I didn't want to register until I knew more. Less customizing, but more features...sigh. All in all, a nifty little utility! So, I'm hoping, since we've all felt the pull of pixton's ease for telling our tales, MAYBE we can all join forces to test some other sites/programs? So I have some links. First link is something a bit different. A subpage of a particular site...something about dragging images into a scene, then writing a story about it (illustrated novellas????). If I get a chance I will take a look. The other links are from a google search for sites similar to pixton, and there's a few I think are worth checking. If you get bored, take a gander please! Personally, I'm looking for cheaper than pixton, with a bit more character customization. | Latest Pixton grumble: I had a moment of lucid thought this evening when thinking about Pixton. Was again seriously considering dropping the 6 bucks to try the pay version, and was looking at samples of others' work from pay accounts. Started thinking about all the happy places a person can share and post their comics. Realized a bit of a smack to the face...
When you sign up for Pixton, regular or pay, as part of their EULA, you accept that you can never resell or use the comics anywhere else beyond linking to your Pixton comic. Okay, I understand that the software is their's, the images are their's...yeah, I get that everything inside the flash that makes Pixton Pixton belongs to them. BUT, you pay for an account and gain the ability to tweak every aspect of a character's appearance, in my opinion THAT character should be YOUR personal creation, and you should be able to use that character's adventures anywhere you want, or resell anywhere you want. By denying that, they are taking any and all profitability away from you, the creator!!! You can make anything you want, but you can only display it in such a way that Pixton gets the ultimate credit, thus any money from ads or sales goes to them! Not fair, IMO...especially if you're paying. Once again I'm going to look into some of the other options available on and off the web...just saying you should think about it before paying...
